For Honor was released almost a month ago, and it is about time for it to drop some additional content.
Two images featuring a centurion and a ninja were posted on For Honor’s reddit page in a section dedicated to Ubisoft’s latest action-packed hack-and-slash. So far, these heroes being amongst the DLC that will be available to season pass holders seven days prior to being made available to everyone else (those who do not have a season pass) is just speculation, but it has generated quite a stir on reddit and in For Honor itself. The ninja appears to be wielding a kusarigama (chain sickle) while the centurion favors a javelin (spear), making them both potential mid-range fighters.
In a universe where knights, samurai, and Vikings compete with one another in all-out war, For Honor features elements from hack-and-slash, action, and fighting genres, with a pinch of strategy thrown into its multiplayer content. The game was released worldwide on February 14, 2017. No official release date for any of For Honor’s DLC has been announced.
With its recent release of For Honor and Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Ubisoft is garnering a lot of attention from gamers, adding to its already-impressive repertoire (Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, etc.). Along with these released titles, the French video game development and publishing company, in conjunction with its various subsidiaries, is also working on South Park: The Fractured But Whole, the sequel to 2014’s South Park: The Stick of Truth. South Park is set to release sometime in 2017 after having been pushed back twice already. No specific release date has been announced.
