Adult Swim Games Shows off Six PS4 Titles at the Playstation Experience

DeathsGambit2

At the Playstation Experience keynote today, Adult Swim Games revealed a video showing off a plethora of upcoming Playstation 4 titles including Death’s Gambit, Ray’s the Dead, Rain World and more. You can check out the video below.

Death’s Gambit is a “challenging Action-RPG where  you explore an alien medieval planet filled with beasts, knights, and horrors.” You’re charged with taking down horrifying giant monsters with upgradable weapons and abilities. in a stylized world that looks like a cross between Dark Souls and a heavy metal album cover.

Ray’s the Dead is a quirky new take on the typical zombie in game in which you control a “shambling horde of brain-craving zombies” as Ray, a freshly-raised corpse yourself. You’ll use your horde to solve puzzles, attack enemies, and find out more about Ray himself, including why he died and why he is now not-dead.

Rain World challenges you, a “nomadic slugcat” (it’s cuter than it sounds), to survive in a harsh and broken ecosystem. You must find your place in the food chain by preying on what you can…and avoiding a host of terrifying and monstrous beasts that wish to prey on you. The 2D puzzle platformer looks like a combination of Ori and the Blind Forest and Limbo.

Other games Adult Swim Games coming to the PS4 include Duck Game; Small Radios, Big Televisions; and Headlander, a cooperative effort with Double Fine Productions. In Headlander, you play the last known human in the universe…except, you’re just a head.

Seeking clues to your fractured past, you must travel through a hostile world of machines using a special helmet that allows you to dock into and take control of any robotic host body, from armed guards and sentries to go-go dancers and tiny dogs. As you launch from one body to the next, you’ll start to discover that things are not quite what they appear to be and the fate of humanity has yet to be decided…

These games are all slated for releases on Playstation in 2016. Check out the video below and be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter (@Official_OnlySP) for more news about these games and more.
