Three One Zero has finally revealed when PlayStation 4 owners will be able to get their hands-on ADR1FT.
ADR1FT will release on the PS4 next Friday, July 15, and will cost $19.99. A new trailer was released for the game to accompany the announcement, you can check it out just below.
Ben wasn’t overly impressed with the game in his review of the non-VR version of ADR1FT. Here’s what Ben had to say:
Out of the gate, ADR1FT immersed me into a thrillingly anxious experience where the constant worry of having enough oxygen to survive tampered with my nerves. It’s a 2037 space odyssey of sorts, plunging you into a wrecked space station while floating aimlessly in zero gravity like a perpetually-rolling sumo wrestler defying Newton’s laws. However, once you learn to properly use the EVA suit and the perception twisting thrill of navigating a 3D space environment wears thin, ADR1FT doesn’t have much left to offer except the vacuum of space.
The game is still expected to come to the Xbox One as well, but no official release date has been announced yet. Gamestop and other major stores still have placeholder dates for the game, but the Microsoft Store seems to indicate the game will release on September 16, 2016. That date has yet to be confirmed by Three One Zero or ADR1FT’s publisher 505 Games.
Let us know if you’ll be checking out ADR1FT on the PS4 when it releases next week.
